Overview
About Vyas Dental College & Hospital
Vyas Dental College & Hospital, Jodhpur is a dental college in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, established in 2006. Vyas Dental College & Hospital, Jodhpur is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur. Its programmes are approved by the DCI. Vyas Dental College & Hospital, Jodhpur offers 1 programme at undergraduate level. The programme offered is BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery). The stated sanctioned intake across these programmes totals 100 seats. Official college pages identify Vyas Dental College & Hospital (VDCH), Kudi Haud, NH-62 Pali Road, Jodhpur 342005, as established in 2006 under Rajasthan Vikas Sansthan, recognized by the Dental Council of India and affiliated with Rajasthan University of Health Sciences. The college website states BDS 2026-27 registration is open (current as of September 2026). Its admissions page publishes an older BDS annual intake of 100, sanctioned from 2020-21, and an MDS total of 27 seats across nine specialties; these figures were not re-attributed to 2026-27 without a current regulator or counselling source. The official site describes the institution as a dental college and hospital and states it has over 100 specialized doctors and paramedics, but does not provide a college-specific faculty breakdown. The college site states that VDCH was established in September 2006, is recognized by the Dental Council of India, and is affiliated with RUHS Jaipur. The DCI/NDC college-search table lists the institution as entry 247, private, established 2006-07, but does not state a recognition/permitted status, session-specific status, reference, or code. The cited Total College List PDF only lists the college (entry 239) and does not itself state the wording “recognised” or identify a session/status; therefore no such regulator-list status is claimed here. The college website says BDS 2026-27 registration is open, but no official 2026-27 seat matrix, DCI/NDC permission notice, sanctioned intake, MCC/state counselling code, dental-chair count, or dental-OPD-per-day figure was verified in the opened sources.
