Overview
About Tatyasaheb Kore Dental College & Research Centre
Tatyasaheb Kore Dental College and Research Centre is a dental college in New Pargaon, Maharashtra, established in 2002. Tatyasaheb Kore Dental College and Research Centre is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. Its programmes are approved by the DCI. Tatyasaheb Kore Dental College and Research Centre offers 2 programmes, 1 at undergraduate level and 4 at postgraduate level. They are Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Master of Dental Surgery. The stated sanctioned intake across these programmes totals 68 seats. Official sources identify the institution at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital Campus, New Pargaon (416113), as affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and recognised by DCI; the DCI/NDC college list also lists it as a private college established in 2002-03. The attached clinical facility is described as a 120-bed Mahatma Gandhi Hospital with two operating rooms, ICU and blood bank. The self-study report states 23 MoUs and an incubation centre, but does not provide a supported numeric patents count, recognised-guide count or funded-project amount. The cited faculty total is specifically for 2021-22, not a confirmed 2026-27 figure. The official college site uses both “Center” and “Centre”; the regulator and institutional documents use “Centre.” The 2026-27 DCI/NDC Permitted Seats page is only a search interface: the college is selectable, but no college-specific 2026-27 seat result is exposed, so no permitted status or intake is asserted from it. The opened DCI college-list page identifies the institution as a private college established in 2002-03, but the extracted row does not display a college-specific permitted-seat value. The institutional SSR reports a 120-bed hospital and a nursing college on the campus, but those are not attributed as dental-college facts; only the college-reported two-chair mobile dental van is recorded. The stated establishment date is 02-07-2002.
