CBIT Hyderabad operates from a 56-acre campus in Gandipet, Hyderabad — adjacent to Osmania University Engineering College and within 2 km of Hyderabad-Bangalore highway. The institute features 14 academic blocks, separate departmental buildings for CSE, ECE, IT, EEE, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Biomedical and Biotechnology. The Central Library houses 1.5 lakh books, 4,500 e-journals via DELNET, and full-text subscriptions to IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, Springer, Science Direct and Scopus. Specialised labs include high-performance computing cluster (50 workstations + GPU server), VLSI design lab, IoT and embedded systems lab, AI/ML lab, robotics lab, structural and concrete labs, fluid mechanics lab, materials testing lab, biotechnology lab and chemical engineering lab. Sports facilities: 400-meter athletics track, cricket ground, football field, basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton (3 courts), table tennis, kabaddi, swimming pool, gymnasium, yoga and meditation hall. Healthcare via on-campus dispensary with full-time MBBS doctor + ambulance + tie-up with Yashoda Hospital and Apollo Hyderabad. Campus has 100% Wi-Fi at 100 Mbps, 24x7 hostel and academic block lighting via diesel + solar backup. Bus shuttles connect to Mehdipatnam, Begumpet and Hi-Tech City. Hyderabad airport is 14 km away and Hyderabad railway station 18 km.
