Application steps
- 1Choose your admission route — KEA (KCET) for Karnataka-domicile state quota (45% of intake), COMEDK UGET for Karnataka and non-Karnataka candidates (30%), or Management Quota via Sri Krishnadevaraya Educational Trust (25%)
- 2Apply to the relevant exam authority — KEA at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/ or COMEDK at comedk.org
- 3Appear in the entrance test (KCET tentatively in April, COMEDK UGET tentatively in May)
- 4Participate in KEA/COMEDK counselling and seat allotment, or contact the Trust Office for management seats
- 5Report to Sir MVIT with originals plus 3 photocopies of all documents (CET/COMEDK rank card, 10th and 12th marks cards, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, photos, address proof, PAN)

- Qualifying: 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics compulsory plus one of Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational / Computer Science / Electronics, with English as a language of study
