NIT Andhra Pradesh operates a fully residential model — 100% of BTech, MTech and PhD students live on-campus across 5 hostel blocks (3 boys, 2 girls). Hostel fee for 2026-27 is INR 12,000 per semester + INR 7,500 monthly mess fee — total INR 75,000 per academic year. Twin-sharing for first year, single-occupancy from second year onwards. Mess offers North Indian, South Indian, Continental, Andhra-Telugu, and Bengali rotation, with separate Jain counter. Each room: cot, study desk, wardrobe, attached bathroom, 100 Mbps Wi-Fi. Common: TT, carrom, gym, basketball court, cricket ground, indoor sports hall, 24x7 student-run canteen. Curfew midnight. Hostel allotment automatic at admission.
