The MSRIT campus extends across approximately 25 acres in MSR Nagar, north Bengaluru, with academic blocks separated by green courtyards. Branch-specific labs include VLSI and Embedded, Power and Energy Systems, Robotics and Mechatronics, Cyber Security, Industrial IoT, Centre for Imaging Technologies, AI/ML and Centre of Excellence in Networking. The central library holds 1,30,000+ volumes with IEEE, Springer, Elsevier and ASCE subscriptions; reading rooms remain open till late. Sports infrastructure includes a cricket ground, football field, basketball and volleyball courts, an indoor badminton complex, table-tennis hall and gymnasium. BMTC routes 252, 273 and 401 connect the campus to KR Puram, Yeshwantpur, Majestic and Hebbal; college shuttles serve hostel zones and the Mathikere metro feeder. The campus health centre has a resident MBBS physician and tie-up with M.S. Ramaiah Memorial Hospital adjacent to campus. Wi-Fi covers all academic blocks and hostels with 24×7 power backup.
