The IIIT Hyderabad Gachibowli campus extends across 66 acres in west Hyderabad. Branch-specific facilities are CSE-focused — covering AI-ML, Data Science, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Computer Networks, Theoretical Computer Science, VLSI Design, Robotics, Cyber Security, Cognitive Sciences and Software Engineering. The institute hosts the Centre for Visual Information Technology, Centre for Communication and Computing, Centre for Cyber Security, Cognitive Science Research Centre and many discipline-specific centres. The Central Library holds extensive IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, ACM, JSTOR and Scopus subscriptions. Sports facilities are extensive — cricket and football grounds, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, athletics track, swimming pool, indoor sports complex and a fully-equipped gymnasium. Transport: dedicated college shuttles connect campus to Hitech City, Gachibowli, Banjara Hills and Secunderabad railway station. Hyderabad airport is approximately 30 km away.
