SSN runs an institutional merit scholarship for top TNEA and JEE Main rankers. Tamil Nadu state-domicile students stack state schemes — Pudhumai Penn (Tamil Nadu girl students), TANCEM (minorities), TNFDC (fishermen wards), Adi Dravidar Welfare scholarships, SC/ST Post-matric — with substantial coverage. Defence wards qualify for PM Scholarship Scheme. AICTE Pragati for girl students and AICTE Saksham for differently-abled students are accepted on application. The Sivasankaran Education Trust runs additional alumni-funded need-based scholarships including the Kasi Visweswaran scholarships. Education loan tie-ups with SBI, Indian Bank, Canara Bank and HDFC Credila are facilitated by the institute financial-aid cell.
