The RUAS campus extends across approximately 70 acres at Peenya in north-west Bengaluru, with branch-specific labs supporting Aeronautical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, VLSI and Embedded Systems, AI-ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Pharmaceutical Engineering and Renewable Energy. The university's industry-applied focus shows up in well-equipped CNC, machining, materials testing, fluid mechanics and 3D-printing labs. The central library holds 1,40,000+ volumes with IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, ASME and Scopus subscriptions. Sports facilities include cricket and football fields, basketball and volleyball courts, indoor badminton, table tennis, gymnasium and an athletics track.
