COMEDK UGET conducts the entrance test for All India (non-Karnataka) students seeking first-year B.E admission; selection and counselling are based on the COMEDK merit list.KEA (CET Cell) conducts the entrance test (KCET) for Karnataka students for first-year B.E admission; selection and counselling are based on the KEA merit list.Students under the management category apply directly to the college using application forms available free of charge on the college website; admission is granted on merit based on aggregate marks in optional subjects of the qualifying examination.Students under the NRI category apply directly to the college using application forms available free of charge on the college website; admission is on merit by aggregate marks in optional subjects of the qualifying examination.Candidates who have completed a diploma in related courses may apply for admission to the third semester (2nd year) of the B.E course in the appropriate branch, following the university's regulations.Admission is open to eligible candidates from Karnataka, Non-Karnataka and International students.M.Tech admissions are made on merit determined by KEA for eligible candidates under the government quota, with a few seats filled by the college.Ph.D in Engineering admissions are granted to selected students who apply to the affiliating university (VTU) as per its norms and eligibility.
