Hostel at Nirma 2026 — CollegeAndFees

Nirma University offers separate boys and girls hostels totaling 14 blocks accommodating ~3,800 students. Boys hostels (B1 through B9) and Girls hostels (G1 through G5) are AC and non-AC variants. Non-AC double-occupancy room costs INR 1.05 lakh per academic year (rent + amenities). AC twin-sharing rooms cost INR 1.55 lakh/year. Single AC rooms (limited, mostly final-year) are INR 2.0 lakh/year. Mess fee is separate at INR 50,000-55,000/year and follows a swipe-card meal plan with North Indian, Gujarati-Jain, South Indian and Continental rotations. The mess includes a midnight Maggi Point, juice bar, and weekly Sunday brunch. Each room has cot, study table, wardrobe, attached bathroom (in newer blocks), and 50 Mbps Wi-Fi. Common amenities: AC reading rooms, TV lounges, indoor games, gym in B5 and G3, basketball court adjacent to hostels, water purifiers on every floor, and 24x7 hot water in winters. Curfew: 10:30 PM for both boys and girls; out-pass available with parental call-back protocol. Campus is fully residential for first-year BTech, optional from second year onwards.
