Karnataka domicile students at NHCE can avail Post-matric SC/ST scholarships, Vidyasiri (OBC, Category-I), EBC scholarship and Karnataka E-Pass tuition support — typically waiving most KEA tuition for eligible families. Defence wards qualify for PM Scholarship Scheme and Sainik Welfare Board concessions. Sports admits at state, national or international level receive separate fee waivers.
