IIT Jodhpur consistently ranks among the top 30 in NIRF Engineering. Research is uniquely strong in Smart Healthcare, AI-Data Science, Renewable and Smart Energy Systems, Materials Science and Indian Knowledge Systems. The institute hosts the Centre for Aerospace Engineering, Centre for AI-Data Science, Centre for Renewable and Smart Energy Systems, Centre for Smart Health, Centre for Indian Knowledge Systems, Innovation and Incubation Centre and many discipline-specific centres.
