IIT Bhilai admits B.Tech students through JEE Advanced + JoSAA counselling. Typical 2024 closing ranks under General Merit Open category: CSE 4000-6500, Data Science and AI 5000-7500, EE 7500-10500, Mechanical 9000-12000, Civil 11000-14500, Chemical 9500-13000, Engineering Physics 9000-12500. Round-by-round closing ranks in JoSAA six rounds plus CSAB two supplementary rounds determine final allocation. Carry to admission: 10th and 12th marksheets, JEE Advanced score card, JoSAA seat allotment letter, transfer/migration certificate, conduct certificate, Aadhaar, six passport photos. The first-year fee is around ₹2,50,000 with full waivers for SC/ST/PwD.
