IIIT Delhi admits B.Tech students through JEE Main with separate IIIT-Delhi counselling. Typical 2024 JEE Main General Merit closing percentile for IIIT-D CSE: 99.6+ (~AIR 1,500-3,000). For ECE/Computational Biology: 99.0+ (~AIR 5,000-9,000). Carry to admission: 10th and 12th marksheets, JEE Main score card, transfer/migration certificate, conduct certificate, Aadhaar, six passport photos. The first-year fee is around ₹3,00,000-4,00,000. Application is online via iiitd.ac.in. NRI and foreign-national admissions go through dedicated international office with separate seat counts and fee structure (typically USD 8,000-10,000/year).
