GNDEC Bidar engineering alumni network spans 18,000+ graduates since the institute opened in 1980. Notable alumni concentrate in IT services and manufacturing in Karnataka, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai and the broader Sikh-engineering diaspora. The GNDEC Alumni Association operates chapters in Bidar, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, NCR, Singapore, Dubai, Bay Area, Toronto and London. Annual alumni meet "GNDEC Sangam" attracts 600+ alumni each January. The Alumni Mentorship Program connects 250+ student-alumni pairs annually.
