Hostel at CMRIT 2026 — CollegeAndFees

CMRIT runs separate boys and girls hostels close to the AECS Layout campus. First-year students are typically placed in triple-sharing rooms with double and limited single occupancy from the second year by seniority. Annual hostel and mess fees for 2025-26 typically fall in the ₹95,000-1,30,000 range inclusive of mess. Mess service includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian counters with North Indian, South Indian and limited Continental rotations. Wi-Fi, hot-water geysers, gymnasium access, study lounges, washing machines and CCTV are standard. Curfew is typically 9:30 pm with weekend leave requiring written parental confirmation. Bring your own mattress, two bedsheets, pillow, blanket, padlock, steel mug and bucket. Off-campus PG fallbacks at AECS Layout, Marathahalli, Brookefield and Whitefield are widely available at ₹8,000-15,000 per month with food. The east-Bengaluru location is convenient for IT-park internships during the programme.
