RVITM Bangalore operates from a 25-acre campus in Yelahanka, Bengaluru — adjacent to RVCE main campus and 12 km from Bengaluru central. Shares some facilities with RVCE for cross-campus collaboration. The Engineering campus features 8 academic blocks housing CSE, ECE, IT, Mechanical, Civil, EEE, AI-ML and Cyber Security departments. The Knowledge Resource Centre (library) holds 90,000 books, 3,500+ e-journals via DELNET, full-text access to IEEE Xplore, ACM, Springer, Science Direct and Scopus. Specialised labs: HPC cluster (30 workstations + GPU server), VLSI design lab, IoT and embedded systems lab, AI/ML lab, robotics lab, structural engineering lab with 50-tonne UTM, fluid mechanics lab and Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Sports: cricket ground, basketball court, two tennis courts, badminton (4 courts), table tennis, indoor sports complex, gymnasium. Healthcare: on-campus dispensary + tie-up with RV Naidu Memorial Hospital and Manipal Hospital Yelahanka.
