NIT Goa ranks among the top 100 in NIRF Engineering. Research spans every major engineering and applied science discipline with strengths in Marine Sciences, Coastal Engineering, Sustainable Engineering and AI-ML. The institute hosts research centres for Marine Engineering, Sustainable Engineering and Innovation. The institute files 30+ patents annually with publications in IEEE Transactions, Springer, Elsevier and ACS venues.
