NIT Durgapur consistently ranks among the top 50 in NIRF Engineering. Research spans every major engineering and applied science discipline with strengths in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing — uniquely strong programmes leveraging Durgapur industrial location.
