NIT Arunachal Pradesh campus spans 75 acres in Yupia, Papum Pare district — 30 km from Itanagar (state capital), at 200 meters elevation in the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas. Academic blocks include the Computing Centre (250 high-end workstations), Research Labs, Communication Labs. The institute operates an HPC cluster with 96 cores for AI/ML research. The library houses 55,000 books, 1.6 lakh e-books, 14,000 journal subscriptions through DELNET and access to ACM, IEEE Xplore, Springer and Elsevier digital archives. Sports facilities include a 400-meter athletics track, cricket ground, basketball, volleyball, badminton courts, indoor sports hall, and a gymnasium. Healthcare via in-campus dispensary with full-time MBBS doctor + 24x7 ambulance + tie-up with TRIHMS Naharlagun. Campus has solar + diesel-backup power, RO water across hostels, dedicated NKN backbone. Wi-Fi covers all academic buildings and hostels at 100 Mbps.
