GITAM Visakhapatnam (main campus) operates from a 110-acre integrated coastal campus, while the Hyderabad campus is 60 acres and the Bengaluru campus is 50 acres. The Engineering campus at Visakhapatnam features 18 academic blocks housing CSE, ECE, IT, Mechanical, Civil, EEE, Chemical, Aerospace, Industrial, Petroleum, Computer Engineering, and emerging streams like AI-DS, Cyber Security and Robotics. The Knowledge Resource Centre (library) holds 2 lakh books, 5,000+ e-journals via DELNET, and full-text access to IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, Springer Link, Science Direct, Scopus and Wiley Online. Specialised labs: high-performance computing cluster (60 workstations + GPU server), VLSI design lab, IoT and embedded systems lab, AI/ML lab, robotics lab, structural engineering lab with 200-tonne UTM, fluid mechanics lab, thermal engineering lab, automotive labs, GIS lab and a Centre for Petroleum Engineering. Sports facilities: 400-meter athletics track, two cricket grounds, two football fields, four basketball courts, four tennis courts, badminton (8 courts), table tennis, swimming pool (Olympic-size), indoor sports complex, gymnasium, yoga centre, and beach volleyball court (Visakhapatnam coastal advantage). Healthcare via on-campus 50-bed hospital + 24x7 ambulance + tie-up with Apollo Visakhapatnam, Apollo Hyderabad and Manipal Bengaluru.
