The Dr.AIT campus extends across approximately 14 acres at Mallathahalli in west Bengaluru. Branch-specific labs include VLSI and Embedded Systems, AI-ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, Power Electronics, Robotics, Mechanical CAD-CAM, Industrial IoT and Renewable Energy. The central library holds 90,000+ volumes with IEEE, Springer, Elsevier and Scopus subscriptions. Sports facilities include a basketball court, indoor badminton hall, table-tennis room, gymnasium, cricket nets and a football field. Transport: BMTC city buses on the Magadi Road and Outer Ring Road West corridors serve the campus, and the Mallathahalli stop is a major BMTC junction. The Nayandahalli metro station provides a feeder option. The campus health centre has a resident physician and tie-ups with adjacent Vijayanagar and Rajajinagar hospitals.
