Dr.AIT runs separate boys and girls hostels close to the Mallathahalli campus. First-year students are typically allocated triple-sharing rooms with double and limited single occupancy by seniority. Annual hostel and mess fees for 2025-26 broadly fall in the ₹85,000-1,15,000 range inclusive of mess. Mess service includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian counters with North Indian, South Indian and limited Continental rotations. Wi-Fi, hot-water geysers, gymnasium access, study lounges, washing machines and CCTV are standard. Curfew is typically 9:30 pm with weekend leave requiring written parental confirmation.
