SR University Warangal alumni network is relatively new given the university shifted from SR Engineering College status to SR University in 2020, but spans 8,500+ engineering graduates across all batches. Notable alumni include senior engineers at Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, IBM, Cyient, Schneider Electric and Mahindra Group, with concentration in Hyderabad and Bengaluru tech ecosystems. The SR University Alumni Association operates chapters in Hyderabad, Warangal, Bengaluru, Pune, NCR, Singapore, Dubai and Bay Area. Annual alumni meet "SR-Sangam" attracts 600+ alumni each January, with branch reunions through February. The Alumni Mentorship Program connects 250+ student-alumni pairs annually for placement preparation and career counselling. The Alumni Founders Network supports student-led startups via the SR University Innovation Cell with seed grants of INR 2-4 lakh per project.
