Scholarships at SJCE 2026 — CollegeAndFees

SJCE Mysore students benefit from the institute government-aided status with subsidised KCET tuition (significantly lower than Bangalore peers). Karnataka domicile students stack state schemes — Post-matric SC/ST, Vidyasiri (OBC, Category-I), EBC scholarship and Karnataka E-Pass — which often fully waive even the modest KEA tuition for eligible families. Defence wards qualify for PM Scholarship Scheme and Sainik Welfare Board concessions. Sports admits at state, national or international level receive separate fee waivers. SJCE additionally runs alumni-funded scholarships through the JSS Mahavidyapeetha Trust (which runs SJCE alongside JSS Medical, Dental, Pharmacy and several other institutions). AICTE Pragati for girl students and AICTE Saksham for differently-abled students are accepted on application. Corporate scholarships from Aditya Birla, Reliance Foundation, KC Mahindra and Tata Trusts can be applied externally with SJCE bonafide.
