Sathyabama runs an extensive on-campus hostel system on its 100-acre Jeppiar Nagar campus on OMR Chennai. First-year B.E. students are typically allocated triple-sharing rooms with double and single occupancy by seniority. Annual hostel and mess fees for 2025-26 typically run ₹1,30,000-1,80,000 inclusive of mess. Mess service includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian counters with North Indian, South Indian (Tamil cuisine) and Continental rotations. Wi-Fi, hot-water geysers, gymnasium access, study lounges and CCTV are standard. Curfew is typically 9:30-10:00 PM with weekend leave requiring written parental confirmation.
