RITM alumni hold engineering, product, consulting and entrepreneurship roles across Microsoft, Cisco, Adobe, IBM, Walmart Global Tech and Indian service majors TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Tech Mahindra. Several Bengaluru-based startup founders in SaaS, fintech and edtech have come through RITM. The RITM Alumni Network coordinates with the broader REVA Group alumni ecosystem (which includes REVA University, RITM and several other Rukmini Educational Charitable Trust institutions) — this gives RITM alumni a multi-disciplinary network in Bengaluru. Annual reunions and structured mentorship calls are held centrally across the REVA Group. The institute's Innovation Centre supports student-founded ventures with mentorship and Atal Tinkering Lab activities, linking them to Bengaluru's early-stage investor network.
