NMAM Institute of Technology operates from a 60-acre integrated campus in Nitte, Karkala, Udupi district, coastal Karnataka — 40 km from Mangalore city central. The Engineering campus features 12 academic blocks housing CSE, ECE, IT, Mechanical, Civil, EEE, Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronics, AI/ML, Cyber Security and Robotics + AIML departments. The Knowledge Resource Centre (library) holds 1.4 lakh books, 4,500+ e-journals via DELNET, and full-text access to IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, Springer Link, Science Direct, Scopus and Wiley Online. Specialised labs: high-performance computing cluster (40 workstations + GPU server), VLSI design lab, IoT and embedded systems lab, AI/ML lab, robotics lab, structural engineering lab with 100-tonne UTM, fluid mechanics lab, automotive labs (KPIT collaboration), thermal engineering lab and a Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Sports facilities: 400-meter athletics track, cricket ground, football field, basketball court, two tennis courts, badminton (4 courts), table tennis, swimming pool, indoor sports complex, gymnasium and yoga centre. Healthcare via on-campus dispensary + tie-up with Justice K.S. Hegde Medical Academy (own Nitte University network). Wi-Fi covers entire campus at 100 Mbps. Bus shuttles connect campus to Mangalore, Udupi, and Karkala.
