The Cambridge Institute of Technology campus extends across approximately 14 acres at KR Puram in east Bengaluru. Branch-specific labs include VLSI and Embedded Systems, AI-ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, Power Electronics, Robotics, Mechanical CAD-CAM, Industrial IoT, Civil CAD-CAM and Renewable Energy. The central library holds 95,000+ volumes with IEEE, Springer, Elsevier and Scopus subscriptions. Sports facilities include basketball and volleyball courts, indoor badminton, table tennis, gymnasium, cricket nets and a football field. Transport: BMTC city buses on the Old Madras Road and KR Puram corridor serve the campus, and the institute runs college shuttles connecting hostels and KR Puram railway station. The Krishnarajapuram metro station extension provides feeder access. Wi-Fi and 24×7 power backup are standard.
