Amity University Jaipur drives focused research across IoT, smart cities, AI/ML, sustainable energy, biotechnology, automotive engineering, cyber security and structural engineering. The institute houses the Centre for Excellence in AI/ML, the Centre for Sustainable Mobility, the Centre for Cyber Security and Forensics, the IoT and Embedded Systems Lab, and the Centre for Bio-informatics and Computational Biology. Faculty publish 200-240 SCI/Scopus papers annually with research grants from DST, AICTE, DBT, ISRO, BARC, MEITY, RUSA Rajasthan and various private industry collaborations totaling INR 12-15 crore in any given fiscal year. The institute has filed 60+ patents in AI/ML, biomedical devices, IoT systems, automotive systems and cyber security, with 8 commercialised. Active industry-academia partnerships include Microsoft Research India, IBM, Cognizant, Tata Consultancy Services, Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, ISRO, DRDO and TIFR. The university operates 8 international research collaborations (NTU Singapore, Purdue, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IISc, plus Amity international campus connections in London, Singapore, New York and Dubai).
