MSRIT fills management quota B.E. seats through a merit-based process. Here is the step-by-step process: Step 1 — Check Eligibility: Pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, minimum 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST). No entrance exam required for management quota — selection is based on 10+2 PCM merit. Step 2 — Contact Admissions Office: Check seat availability in your preferred branch through the official website msrit.edu before visiting. The admissions office is at MSR Nagar, Mathikere, Bangalore 560054. Step 3 — Visit and Submit Documents: Bring originals and photocopies of: 10th marks card, 12th marks card, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, 4 passport photos, Aadhar card, and caste certificate (if applicable). Step 4 — Merit Shortlisting and Allotment: Seats are allotted on academic merit in 10+2 PCM. No donation or capitation fee is involved. MSRIT issues official receipts for all fee payments — do not pay any agent or intermediary. Step 5 — Fee Payment and Confirmation: Once allotted, fee payment must be completed within 48 hours. Management quota fees vary by branch — refer to the official fee fixation order or msrit.edu for the current year fee structure. Hostel charges are billed separately.
