BMS College of Engineering fills management quota B.E. seats through a merit-based, transparent process with government-regulated fees. Here is the step-by-step process: Step 1 — Check Eligibility: You must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, with a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for SC/ST). There is no entrance exam requirement for management quota — eligibility is based on academic merit. Step 2 — Contact the Admissions Office: Reach out to the BMSCE Admissions Office through the official website bmsce.ac.in to confirm seat availability for your preferred branch before visiting. The admissions office is located at Bull Temple Road, Basavanagudi, Bangalore 560019. Step 3 — Visit Campus and Submit Documents: Carry original documents: 10th marks card, 12th marks card, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, 4 passport photos, Aadhar card, and caste certificate (if applicable). You may also be asked for your KCET or COMEDK rank card. Step 4 — Merit-Based Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted purely based on academic merit in 10+2 PCM. No capitation fee or donation is involved — BMSCE is a government-aided institution and fee collection is regulated. Any agent asking for additional payment beyond official fee receipts should be reported. Step 5 — Fee Payment and Admission Confirmation: Once allotted a seat, fee payment must be completed within 48 hours to confirm the admission. Management quota fees are regulated under government-aided college norms — refer to the official fee fixation order or bmsce.ac.in for the current year fee structure. Official receipts will be issued for all payments.
